They used to sell a poster with a buzzard on a dead tree, or cactus, and the caption was, "Patients my ass, I'm gonna kill something."

That's what the shot made me think of

Thanks everyone. The weather was extremely perfect that day. Not one clod in the sky. I told my wife if I died this would be heaven:lmao:

The park was actually called Royal palm. For animals its the most attracting area in the national park. This is same park the tourist found the burm trying to squeeze a gator.

Oh cool, the walkways look just like the Corkscrew Swamp, have you been to that one?

Nice! If your not from the south Florida area it is guaranteed you will love the experience. Getting to the park around 7am when the sun has just popped out will be the best. A lot of animals are coming out to bask and enjoy the morning warmth of the weak sun rays. During the afternoon hours things will get really hot so a lot of the animals will be hiding in the shade. Be sure to bring plenty of bug repellent and don't forget right after your tour of the glades to stop at "Robert is Here" for a great smoothie :)
