I was reading a thread that the dessert gene female has issues with producing eggs are there other morps out there with such issues or any other issues

Bananas offsping tend to be female.
Carmels produce kinked babies.
Spiders wobble.
Albinos are slow eaters.
Pastels and Clowns brown out as adults.
Of course none of these are true in all cases.
Some may not be true at all.

I don't work with Deserts and would submit that fertility issues are premature at this point.

My experience with 2 of the morphs in particular from Claude's list are -- my 5 Albino females are PIGS -- and my 21 Caramel/Caramel combos have all been perfect. :cheers:

please dont believe in these desert rumors. we dont even have 5 clutches from desert females!!!

how can we say something about them???

that whole topic is just ridicolous...

Like I posted in a previous thread...the desert girls that were "sluggers" this year could be blamed on early age, and first time mothers...I mean the project has only been on the ground for a few years...it took caramels quite a few years to prove they can lay viable eggs, granted they are mostly boob eggs but hey it's a living egg.
