Holds 20 tubs and built from scrap stuff from other projects and the sides were originally tops of pallets that I scavenged. It measures right around 48" tall and about 14 1/2" deep.
Varanette 12-30-2008, 03:31 PM WOW! Really nice Rack system...and that was some quick work there....! :D

norsmis 12-30-2008, 04:02 PM Bry I am sure you are used to being the one saying this but nice rack! That's Bush.... Bush League!
FloridaHogs 12-30-2008, 04:47 PM Nice scrap rack! Not bad not bad at all!
BryonsBoas 12-30-2008, 04:51 PM Thanks. I almost have all the holes drilled and after squaring away the new kids, I have just enough room to put our Nelsoni in there too. I still need another one roughly that size and I need a 15qt rack. Guess I'll be busy this week.
Rick247 12-30-2008, 05:00 PM That is Bush league :master:

rabernet 12-30-2008, 06:32 PM Looks great! I should post up my home-made six quart rack some time! Mine holds sixteen currently, but I can stack more to make it hold 32 - which I'll have to do this season. I like yours!

Stole my line!
What are you using for heat?
Good use of scrap material BTW.:yessir:
JChandler 12-30-2008, 07:18 PM What is that green stuff behind that rack?
AaronP 12-30-2008, 07:23 PM Not bad! Hope it works out great for ya!
Southern Wolf 12-30-2008, 07:45 PM That green stuff is kinda cool looking.
BryonsBoas 12-30-2008, 08:28 PM The green stuff is called grass not covered in snow or ice.
Kyle, its already full of kingsnakes.
Its backheated with 4' of 11" heat tape. Still got a couple checks on it tonight to get the temps dialed in.
I was worried it would be a pain in the ass to work the animals but I can knock them out 5 at a time so its not too bad.
BryonsBoas 12-30-2008, 08:30 PM Good use of scrap material BTW.:yessir:
Finding good scrap was a bonus of my job. When new office panels or surfaces came in, some of the pallets were topped with 1x4s or plywood. If it was any good or usable I'd salvage it.
wow thats a great rack
i put one together the other day and its terrible lol
and that was me just putting together a flat pack
