I took my two boys fishing today at their grandpa's pond. This was the first fish my 6 year old caught. He was stoked:rockon:

We did have a good time. This is one of those ponds that you can go to anytime of day and know that your going to catch something. Great little place for a few boys to learn to fish.

I'm not sure that he knows what mounting is Quig. Maybe when he gets a few years older and catches a good one he'll get it done...who knows.

LOL, you're probably right. I just happened to think of the first fish the ol' lady caught that had any size to it. It was a carp, about 5 pounds, and she kept it in the freezer for 2 years in contemplation of the time she'd have the money to actually get it done. She was watchin' a guy fish the river one day and saw him catch one that went probably 25 pounds and immediately went home and threw hers away. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I took my boys fishing when they were young and found out early, if they aren't catchin' something every five or ten minutes they get real bored real quick. Makes for a bad day fishin'. :cheers:
