I saw a few at Tinley , two years ago for $1,500.00 each. These were from the same person I had done a trade with the year before for a pair at a much higher price. As he said, you can ask any price but if no one is willing to buy then it' not worth it. I think angolans are really cool but they are just not the "holy grail" they were some years ago. I think the prices on the ad are low but not "market crashing" prices.

I'd like to get a pair one day,but it's not as high of a priority as it used to be for me..I thought there would be a lot of cool combo morphs from them one day.

The first rule of real estate; value is determined by what a buyer is willing to pay.

Those prices aren't out of line for the current market.

last when i was looking at them they were in the 1,500euro ball park each....about 2 yrs ago.....but still that's quite a drop in price in my opinion. seems to me people are just trying to get rid of animals.
i guess i look at it differently....i breed balls, yes....but i'm not going to give my animals away.....i'd rather just keep them......eventually they will get sold or become future breeders.

I remember Ten years ago. I went to Daytona and paid 120 dollars for a leopard gecko. I think Albino balls were several thousand a pair. The more that are produced the less the price will be.

Angolans are awesome animals!!! If you haven't held one in person, you NEED TO!!! Very cool snakes. This is my second year producing them, and I can't picture living without them now. They are right at the top of my list!!!
I wish these prices were "giving them away" prices, but they aren't. If you look on the major US reptile classifieds website you will see they are average prices for them. I will not be sad at all if people don't purchase them, but at the prices I listed them at I am willing to let a few go. But as a friendly suggestion, before questioning someone's prices in a forum, just take 30 seconds to search the large US classifieds and see what animals are selling for. And if they really are selling for much more in Europe and you would like to purchase the whole clutch, get in contact with me and we can see what we can do about exporting. I haven't exported Angolans yet, but I have started doing the homework for that eventuality. We definitely have more of them here than there are in many other countries.
Once again though, if you haven't ever held an Angolan...DO IT! They are AWESOME!!!
The more that are produced the less the price will be.
And that's the way it works.
And Ben, I haven't held one yet but they've been on my wish list for a LONG time now. So one day :D.

I cannot see the price because "the listing has closed" but I am almost sure I saw Angolans going for $1000 a pair in Daytona this year.
