Hello, this forum is in the USA and there are plenty of us Ciliatus breeders here. I would be happy to help you out with any information on this species.

Hello thank you very much for everything.
I am delighted with this forum because I'm reading things very interesting and I'm seeing geckos do not usually see in Spain, spectacular colors. I would say if RHAC breeders send to Spain or if they come to a show in Europe.
Thank you very much I'll go saying things about my geckos.

Are there any unusual morphs or traits that are being marketed in Spain? I am not familiar with the European Rhacodactylus market and am curious to know how it compares to the US market. Here's another interesting picture... just for the fun of it.

Hello. Here in Spain there is not much variety of phases, there is only a breeder who has some interesting phase.
I would like to be told if they know someone who was raised and how much can cost Moonglow crested gecko
A greeting and thanks sorry for my English

I belie e that the first moonglows were actually cream on cream. Some people consider light grey geckos to be moonglows... pure white crested geckos are not being produced that I know of and are somewhat a part of gecko lore.

I bought one of the moonglows directly from Robbie about 4 or 5 years ago. Super light cream to a darker greyish, completely patternless. NOT bright white. She has stated herself a big part of that problem came from the fact that when she did her crested book, the editors did some "picture work" that she wasn't aware of. Hence people thinking that the moonglow was a pure white crested, which it isn't.
The one that I had broke her jaw about a year and a half after I got her. I watched her do it and cried... jumped from the top of the cage after a cricket and nailed a branch. At the time she had two eggs in her. I used an eyedropper and fed and watered her that way, then she laid the eggs and passed. One egg was bad, the other hatched. She had been with a red patternless male, I got a light red from that, almost orange tinged. I ended up selling that one a couple years ago, I just didn't want to continue with that line.

Gotta love those editors... they have provided us with many threads and plenty of confusion.
Sorry to hear about your loss. I have never heard of a crestie breaking its jaw before...ouch!

I've had a lot of them for a long time, and she's the only one I have ever had that has done that. No calcium issues, no nothing, she just had really bad aim or was just dumb as a rock. It sucked, as she was a beautiful gal.

Well, at least we know the "dumb as a rock" gene has been culled. It can get out of hand if you let it propagate... just look at those humans.

No kiddin', eh? It's a damn shame...:lmao::cheers:
