View Full Version : This upcoming season's most anticipated pairing
michele769 09-02-2011, 04:42 PM I love how different these two look together and the contrast is amazing in person. Two of my favorite morphs. Sorry about the crappy photo. They were getting frisky and i wanted to take the male out before he raped her ;).

That's my ' big plan ' for next season. For now I'm hoping for DH snows ad a few other bits.
Good luck with the pairing!
karlh 09-04-2011, 10:26 AM Are Toffee glows even possible to produce? I didn't think the T- albino x T+ toffeebellies would be compatible?
Kasper Fonager 09-04-2011, 11:35 AM Yes they are, and they have been produced this year by Michel Klumpers! He also made the Ultra albino which is Caramel & regular albino.
I bought a pair of DH Axanthic Toffeebelly this year, cant wait to see what the TOFFEE-GHOST looks like!!! I think it will way WAY better than the "GHOST".
I think my most anticipated pairing will be either Axanthic poss. het albino x Albino poss het axanthic, Or axanthic x Pink pastel. (I think the Pink Snow could be Cool).
Lasse K. Carlsen 09-05-2011, 02:43 PM Looking forward to seeing the animals soon Kasper, pictures just dont match irl!
GregBennett 09-06-2011, 12:46 AM Are Toffee glows even possible to produce? I didn't think the T- albino x T+ toffeebellies would be compatible? You could make one but I'm not sure you'll be able to tell what it is. I think I produced a double visual Hypo Albino this year but I can't say for sure. It looks both hypo and albino but not so different that I couldn't just say it was an albino or a hypo. It's funny as anyone I ask will say it's something different. Some say hypo and some say albino, once I tell them the breeding then they have no idea. :lmao:
If the paradox-ing in the toffee can survive the T- albino then I think the double visual Toffee Albino will be cool as an adult when the paradox-ing comes in.
karlh 09-06-2011, 01:58 PM Cheers for that Greg. I'm starting to get my head in a spin keeping up with all these morphs lol. There will be so many different combos it's hard to keep up! Even multiple snows will be available with the various albino strains!
Oh and congratulations with your lavender
Karl

Greg, from the ones I've seen here in Europe, after a few sheds its easy to tell the visual double Toffee-glows from the T-/het Toffees and the Toffee/ het T-. Likewise the Ultra-albino, the visual T-/ caramel albino is very different from their double hets, etc. Of course getting good photos showing their true colours is a different matter altogether !
cheers, John

cheers, JohnJohn,
Glad to hear that. My double visual Evens Hypo / T- Albino has shed a couple times and I feel it is in fact a double visual based on what the other offspring look like but it isn't as dramatic of a difference as I would have hopped. I've personally decided to no longer pursue the project.
