Has anyone else purchased any supplies from them? I have in the past purchased Rat Block and Shredded Aspen from them, taking advantage of there Flat Rate Shipping of 4.95. It appears that, shipping rate is no longer available. Unless you choose to have auto ship, as long as your order total more than 49.00, shipping is free. Does anyone have any better places to purchase Rat Block and Shredded Aspen, that wont charge 50.00 for shipping.

I have been buying my rodent block (have large mousery) and aspen from them, as well as cat food (also have cat sanctuary). At first I also enjoyed the $4.95 shipping, but recently had to switch to Auto ship. My order of rodent block was due to ship February 2 but it didn't show up as the usual charge on my credit card, so I called them and found out it was out of stock.:mad:

I pestered them and got them to prioritize my order, so even before the rodent block was listed available on the site, my order was fulfilled when the product became available at the warehouse. Just to make sure I never run out again and have to resort to dog food I quadrupled this last order. The Auto ship is flexible, so I will modify next months shipment to either later or less.

I now have 800 lbs in storage. This is a great company to work with, although I do wish they would have given me a heads up email that the Autoship for February had hit a snag.

Unless they've changed the formula, it's a chunk just like Mazuri.

The Native Earth formerly Harlan Rodent Diet looks like this:

in my 1/2 inch wire basket feeders. The pieces are big enough the mice cant pull them through and make a big wasteful mess.

Sometimes a little numbnuts will get stuck! Rescued, no damage done.

I bought this bag of aspen last time I ordered some from Amazon.

Amazon.com: Kaytee Aspen Bedding, 8.0 Cubic Foot Bag: Pet Supplies

It seems to be pretty reasonably priced and you can get the super saver (free) shipping if your order is $25 or over.

Maybe in Missouri. In NJ I have to drive 30 miles round trip to get 6f and it costs $30 for the 50 lb. bag. I have the lab block delivered to my door for $21 for 50 lbs.

The Native Earth is a 40 pound bag, just for clarification. You're still saving 7.5 cents per pound though, and they'll bring it right to you.

I'm so not gonna miss having to go find bagged feed. I'll be using the same feed mill to make my rodent chow that Dan Wolfe uses. It's just a few minutes south of me.

To further clarify, I order the 5 bag special for $84.79. That's 200 pounds.

$84.79 / 200 pounds = $.42 per pound x 50 pounds = $21 per bag

I'm ahead with the 6f @ $20 because I don't have to drive to get it. I'm way ahead compared to the NJ price plus driving.

I wish I could find a feed mill near me. Anyone know any around North Jersey?

Coupon code "review10" for 10% off. Just bought another 5 bags yesterday for around $76.

Did you pay for shipping? I don't think you can add a discount code if you are getting free shipping with Autoship. The free shipping is worth more than the best coupon code I found which was 20% off.

I just had to log out, add the 5 pack, and add the coupon. When it made me log in it updated my autoship. Free shipping, 5 bags, $76. What's the 20% coupon?

Every time I try it the autoship returns the price to normal.
