He sure could have as that was a kickass throw

I thought it was an entertaining movie but a lot of the historical errors bothered me. Damn my anthropology classes and half my family being history teachers, if it wasn't for that I would have loved it. Graphics were great, but pretty much every animal, the geography, the climate, the language, the structures, irritated me.

I didn't like 300.... too much BS.... 10,000 bc although off in some parts wasn't bad. At least you didn't know what the ending would be, unlike 300 or what is being touted as the greatest suspense thriller this year.... "Valkyrie or whatever it is called..... how can it be a suspence when you know what the ending will be like? Kinda like Titanic

Personally , I cant take Tom Cruise seriously any more . I did like him in Tropic Thunder for a good laugh . I think he should stick to comedic idiot roles in the future .
Did anyone see Rockin Rolla ? I do want to see it . The reviews on The Spirit werent very good .
Will have to rent 10,000 now and give it a chance .

I'm all for dreadlocks and big prehistoric cats but I just couldn't get serious about the plot at all.

It was okay... was entertaining enough, but I agree with Diana.

I liked it as just a sit back and watch movie but I do prefer more blood and gore movies

Dark Knight..great movie chocked full of great actors and well writen

Burn after Reading...love me some Coen brothers

Tropic Thunder...funny as hell..great characters

Iron Man ...Robert D. Jr was really made for this role

X Files...it was pure x files

Hell Boy 2 was good. We watched The Strangers here on dvd and it was scary. I cant remember a movie that kept me on edge throughout the entire show.

Yeah the strangers was really good..I saw it on dvd as well..wish I went to see it at the threaters....One I missed judged as a trailer...I have done like wise as well the other way around...go see one and it sucks...that is worse I think.

I love them...The cable company charges like 4.99 movie!!! for on demand here and it's only a dollar +tax at these red boxes....I can't remember the last time I used on demand or block buster since red box came out :lol:

Also, I'm REALLY interested in what they're going to do for the Dark Tower series -- last I knew, JJ Abrams from Lost was attached to the project.

No, full blown HBO series 6 or 7 seasons long if done right. :D I'll have to do some looking around when I get out of work tonight and see if there's any new info on it out there.

I've gotten into so many arguments over the same subject with friends. I found 300 blatantly offensive to me. The story wasn't that great, the gore and the graphics were what the movie was riding on and I didn't find them all that amazing either. The whole slow down during stabbings made it seem more of a video game than a movie. and was I really supposed to believe that spartans wore that outfit into battle??


tropic thunder is one of my favorites this year. Comedy wise it was amazing. Robert Downey Jr made me laugh constantly.

Iron man was awesome

obviously dark night was a hit

twilight I still refuse to watch.

don't even get me started on the inaccuracies of 10,000BC. the title makes it seem like it should have been remotely historically accurate, but I guess it was just going for a story line, which wasn't bad, if I could have gotten past everything else.

Yeah, it was a joke...matrix fight scenes and a total disregard for history. Probably one of the most disappointing films I have seen....

I forgot about Indiana Jones with Kate Blanchet . That was good and WALL
was cute but although I watched the other boelyn girl....I realized all her movies are the same as far as not getting to keep her man and honestly...she is tooooo skinny ! I find her anorexic appearance takes so much away from her acting ability .
