Wow, I feel like such a pinhead! :(
I thought that this forum was for people to introduce themselves, which I was going to do, but failed to 'get around to'. But today, almost 5 months later I see this thread here, where people welcomed me! Never did I think to look here...wow, thanks for the welcome!!!

OK, I guess I'll make a short intro now, LOL. I live in Illinois and find myself disabled in my mid-life and mid-career, but rediscovered snakes as pets in the fall of 2007. Like many here I grew up with reptiles, and my own kids have many reptiles, but circumstances now found me to have time on my hands but unable to do much physically with it. Then I discovered the world of Ball Pythons and couldn't believe just how BIG it was. So I bought me a pet...which quickly became 3. :) I fell in love with snakes all over again!

So with the encouragement of my wife (gotta love that kind of support!) I decided that I would like to try my hand at breeding Balls. So we scraped together some $$ and bought 6 more for breeding. So if anyone were to be described as truelly 'Bush League' it would have to be me! :D

So that's my story in a nutshell. I've been listening to Reptile Radio from the start, and when this place was announced I quickly signed up, but haven't been able to spend much time here. That will change! I am now ready to really become a member! :yessir:
