How do you clean your mice racks? I'm wondering because it seems like its going to be a challenge with all of those hoppers! I don't have a problem with the rats but the mice are a pain in the a** to clean with the shorter pans.
I have our mice in larger tubs so this may not work for you. With that said I use a large flat bottom scoop I picked up at Tractor Supply. I just scoop out the bedding and move the mice around in the tub. Then I'll wipe down the bottom and sides add new bedding.

Tip the tub into the new tub with out exchanging much beding, and most of the time the mice will jump into the new tub. If they dont I use the scoop and toss method for anything else left. After that I shop vac the tub!

I have an extra tub and just rotate the tubs in and out as I clean each one.

I have a spair tub.... and I put fresh bedding in that tub... slide it in part way... then transfer the mice into the new tub.

Mice, especially well outbred strains, are sensitive to being disturbed such as when bedding is changed. That's when they tend to kill/mutilate their offspring.
Shallow pans are a tradeoff into this issue because they need the bedding changed often. Some strains tolerate this better than others.

I've seen that with ASF's.... gotta be careful!
