I know it's one isolated person, but this shit pisses me off. I take my lessers very seriously and already the yahoos are tanking them.

It's unfortunate, but she's just posting what alot of people are selling them for out the back door. Sure, it's not cool to post those prices, but prices like those for less than ideal lessers seem common from my experience.

You can still get a premium for the nice looking ones, though.

Well, no shipping and local sales only.... Still, it's kind of unfortunate but I don't think I'll lose any sleep over it. I'll price mine for whatever price I want to sell them for and if someone wants them for that low, then I'll have no problem keeping them for myself either.

Yes, it sucks to post prices like that. It does help to devalue the stock of others, even the nicest lessers, but I still won't worry about htis one ad too much. Hopefully she'll sell or it will get taken down soon before too many people see it and it starts a new trend on lessers.

I've never been one to be all "Holier Than Thou" but calling a Lesser (or any other snake or animal) "CHEAP" is just disrespectful. I don't even say that about the normals that I give away for free. Pathetic.....

I only noticed it because someone emailed me saying... "why are your prices so high? This woman is selling them for $400...." As soon as someone posts it in a highly visible spot, inevitably all the hobbyists who hatched a clutch or two start trending down because they think it's a sign of the market. DOH.

Personally, its just an excuse. Ive sold morphs via craigslist and sold them for market price, sounds like she just wants a quick buck.

That's a pet peeve of mine too. I can't stand anyone referring to anything to do with ball pythons as "cheap".

Cheap, leftovers, extras, I guess before long it will be breeder grade or pet grade and the pet grade you will have to get fixed so they cannot be used as breeders! Damn......

Exactly..tell those that send that sort of email to go ahead and drive to florida and buy them....(They don't want to drive there,so that's why you get those emails!.lol)...

The whole point to that price is that they can't or won't ship..So yeah,it is a shame that they can't advertise just within their own buyers market in some other way.(As it does cause that ripple effect among those that do know know any better,and are looking online for what to price their stock at.)

She must be reading this because my neighbor offered her $800 for 1.1 at the Orlando Repticon this weekend and she wouldn't accept the offer, she stood firm at $900 for the pair
