how many of you guys/gals work out regularly ?
and no, running to the bathroom before your cheeks fail you is not considered working out.

i just got a bowflex so i am going to start now

I don't really "work out" but for my own personal sanity I usually try to get a morning run in.

I walk the dog out on the trails twice a day.

I also try to do the school pick up on the bike several times a week. Which is mostly for my sanity and partially because it saves me quite a bit of gas.

I tare off roofs and put them back on 10 hours a day 6 days a week. Then I work out with the 12oz curls!!:rolleyes:

i've done more than my share of that.
i'm sure you don't expect to do that forever.
