Gotta love the "tiger pattern" hondo's! I got these 2 years ago from a friend of mine that loves in Cali. After some research and verification from a couple of folks, I was told that these kids are from the defunct project of the "tiger boa"
Enjoy boyz!

They can be a bit bitey.
Here's the emails that tell the story about this project. I'll try to put it all in the proper sequence.
They came from Nick Gancaraz ( sp) Out of florida from a proven line of Tigers hes been working with.

From what i was told by Nick that the genetics on these work Co-Dom so when tiger x normal are bred approx 1/2 would be showing the tiger striping ( reverse laterial striping dorsally) Nick last time i was in contact with him has been sometime actually when greg bought it is the last i have heard from Nick ( he goes by Boas Ark) was woking on doing some Albino x Tiger's and snow tigers but not sure where that project has gone or at .I know he was hit from the hurricanes in florida so not sure what happened to his collection in that time .
And one more, these are copies of emails that I have, they name of who they came from has no real merrit, it was the subjet that I was interested in On the other note they have been proven to be genetic those that say they
are JUST mainlanders have never bred two Tigers together to achieve Super
Tigers, or if they have one or two pop up in a litter of hondos from a
normal pair don't realize that some Normal looking Hondos are actually a
tiger but just do not have the strong appearance as a Nice looking Tiger.
> I have Coasta Rican, Hog Island, and Honduran Tigers that have been proven
to be codominant, but like I said some of them dont look like tigers but
still have the gene, that would probably be the reason for the litters not
being a 50-50 litter like in codom hypo litters, But when a tiger and a
tiger are bred you will get all tigers and Super tigers, nobody else has
done that yet because the Hondos are still fairly new to the market , my
orriginal blood line were adult imports and have since perished, I am
working on the first offspring collection that I have.
> And if you have anymore questions regarding the genetics ask Ben about the
Hog Island Tigers he has access to.
> The other problem with the promotion and breeding of these Tigers is also
due to me NOT being a FULL TIME breeder like so many who have more time to
do what they do, I started out doing it because I enjoyed it and still do
but my real job has been keeping me way too busy in the past two years to
spend the proper time and care to focus soley on breeding snakes.
>
> I will have the website up and running soon, I am doing it myself and time
is the problem, I am really busy with work and a 2 year old at home keeps my
spare time for her.
>
> Keep me posted on what you do, but why do you want to sell her?
>
> Talk to you later,
> Nick

Hope some of this helps. We havne't decide on whether to keep this project or move them out? I've just coaxed ry into going to the snake house with me and getting some up dated pix for you.
