How long til you get babies after ovulation?

Average is 100 - 120 days from last ovulation. Some females will ovulate twice so I leave my males in until they won't touch her. I've had some drop as early as 96 days and some that took the full 120.

I guess now that I think about it, 100-120 days isnt all that diff from bps, from ov to babies anyways.

Its a definate wait. At least with egg layers you know you have something. A few of my girls like to ovulate AFTER I pull the males and its if they get around to it. Thats why we have 1 more litter still cooking.

Sometime before the next time you are supposed to pair them up...:lmao:

Bryon has it, I was told 4-6 months on average and since my only litter was accidental I have no personal experience with the time...

Most of my average full term healthy litters drop around 110 days after POS, I guess that I've been lucky far to notice all of my females ovulations and then their POS shortly after. BUT ovulations and POS's haven't always meant babies or even slugs. I had a female look like she ate the cat when she ovulated, shed I think 2 or 3 weeks after, and then not even a slug popped out of her. I've got to echo what Bryon said about leaving the male in too. I wait till my males want nothing to do with the females, then still try to leave them in for a week after that. Sometimes its hard to do if I have another female that I would like to breed that male to. But I would rather be a little bit surer that he got the job done with 1 female than have 2 half ass litters.

The boaphile.com has a great article on boa breeding.
