Just switched my corn from 2-3 live med mice every couple weeks to 1 F/T XL mice every couple weeks a month ago and now it seems like he can't crap it all out in one shot. Just cleaned the cage with two deposits and, moments later, he left me a big gift to clean again. Just wondering if this was common 'cause he used to be a one-shot poop wonder...

I think that its a 'marking territory' thing with them. They seem to want to mark a freshly cleaned enclosure with a bit of poop to say "This is mine.".

colubrids ar poop machines. they are like the snake version of a goldfish lol all they do is eat and poop. and yeah their poop tends to stink more than others lol
I do a constant cleaning on my cornsnake cages. as adults mine are not as bad but they are still poop machines :wamma:

Mine usually get fed once a week and crap once a week. Mine are regular but occasionally, one or two leave an extra special treat. I suspect it's how much time they are spending on the heat. The more they lay on the hot side the faster the digestion.
