I've got a couple of snake-eyed eclipses left from last season. The first two are left and right eyes of one gecko, then left and right eyes of another.

Eclipse is a recessive gene that causes the eyes to be solid black in a non-albino and solid red in an albino (as in a RAPTOR). Sometimes the eyes aren't 100% solid - this is what we refer to as "snake-eyes". It seems to be more of a random occurrence in animals that carry the eclipse alleles. It does not seem to affect their vision at all.
Blizzards also sometimes have snake-eyes, although this is not necessarily related to the eclipse gene.

I had a few that I hatched out in 2004, none of my geckos displayed the snake eyes or eclipse eyes, but apparently carried the genetics for it.
Normal het Tremper with two snake eyes.

Tremper Albino with two near eclipse eyes.

Another Albino with one snake eye, one eclipse

And finally my blizzard with two full eclipse eyes

I had a few other albinos with full eclipse eyes, and another blizzard with full eclipse eyes. I loved the trait, and it was in its infancy at the time, so I couldn't find much information about it.
