That will depend on the method of breeding you choose. Straight up colony style, where you don't remove the prego females will get you repeat litters the quickest. About every 4-5 weeks..

Removing the prego females will make them last longer but you're not getting repeat litters near as fast. Once every 6-7 weeks if you let the females raise their offspring until they are weanling size.
