To me change just means anything but more of the same. I'm not a Democrat or Republican... just vote for the lesser of two evils based on who says what at the debates.

Excellent point Larry. I work in healthcare and I see how people abuse the system. If someone actually believes that government healthcare is a good idea they have bumped their head. I don't want any of my tax dollars being used to take care of some crackhead or illegal alien.

Medicare is broken and Obama thinks that more government funded healthcare is going to work. Just this past month medicare implemented a policy stating they will no longer pay for hospital acquired infections. We are going to see healthcare costs go up a lot more in the next few years and more hospitals close their doors.

I am not a supporter of either party. I am a proud member of the "NO INCUMBENT LEFT STANDING" party.

Vote them ALL out of office and put an end to career politicians. Make them bumbs go get a real job.

I generally don't follow a party but having the Dems as a majority in Congress hasn't shown me much to want to put one in the Big Office.

It's amazing to me that the masses don't see or don't care that Obama's change = marxism. I don't understand how people aren't wary of a politician that says he will tax someone else, and not you. When has that ever happened? Especially when the people he wants to tax are the ones that provide jobs to those that he wants to give tax "cuts". Yes, let's tax big business. You know, those guys that don't really own their companies, but are owned by millions of stock holders like you. Great Idea. I guess people are just enamored by the idea of getting something for nothing. Truth is although i'm a republican this is a terrible election. and i thought the last one kind of sucked. It seems each election it becomes more and more the issue of choosing "the lesser of two evils". This election makes me dissappointed as a redblooded, god fearing american. These politicians have none more work avoiding issues and slam campaigns and a popularity contest. You know when hollywood takes a huge stand in a politicl race that the mindless masses will follow.

Neither of them truly know what they are going to do or how they are going to do it when they get in office. that is why the campiagns are full of brood overstatements and promises than anyone with half a brain could see is BS.

Here's my take....

McCain totally screwed any chance he had when he picked or had Palin picked for him as the VP. I will say she's the hottest looking VP candidate ever.

The republican campaign has been lame, piss weak and just down right lousy. It's like they thought, why bother.... we ain't got a chance anyway from the start!

The democrat campaign has been slick and really well done by comparison.

I have to ask Jeff, is this an honest mistake or an intentional distortion of the facts?

Because if you read the exchange you would see I used the term dumb and dumber after those two people said Obama was a Muslim. One of which flat out said he was a Muslim based purely on his name. This has nothing to do with opinions Jeff, it had everything to do with FACTS since Obama, by all reported accounts, was never a Muslim.

So I felt it was a bit comical to use the phrase dumb and dumber on two people who wanted to either not educate themselves or chose to intentionally distort the facts about Obama. your right there and as a fellow patriot I am inlined to do so and he has been in leadership roles where as obama has not. but what this country needs is a true patriot....a patriot of old. one who is willing to stand up to the decline that our great nation has suffered due to teh fact of to much big government and not enough of the peoples voices heard. There are so many underhanded sneaky bills being passed in congress alot of you scratch my back i scratch yours :):):):) meanwhile the average americans back isnt getting scratched worth :):):):), that just make me sick. you watch if the nation does not wake up our freedoms and rights wil slowly dwindle away.
