Awesome, couldn't happen to two better people! That story is pretty incredible, they put the hard work in and definitely deserve the result!

So cool! I love hearing stories about proving out new morphs, the struggle and, if they're lucky, the eventual success.

Talk about luck. What are the chances of breeding two unrelated imports and they both end up being het for a recessive trait? That'd just blow my mind.

Very cool i like the patternless going to be a new spin into some cool looking morphs. :wamma:

If you look at the lower third of the 2009 baby you can see some gen stripe sort of characteristics. I wonder if this is an offshoot of gen stripe genes.

Tracy gave me a call this week and told me about this. I am very glad for her! The patternless are cool!

Stunning animals!

It's an awesome animal and big congrats to VPI for working the project but I believe it wouldn't gain much speed with the champs and other near patternless mutations out there. Beings that they are codom not recessive..

Who knows maybe the patternless will make for a better combo gene then the champs have. I think thats a good possiblity..

i think its one hell of a nice animal being that the champs are lighter it will prolly work better with the darker morphs out there, congrats to dave and tracy on there hard work and never giving up.

And that, my friends, is why dinking ROCKS. You can mix and match existing morphs all you want, but at the end of the day it's those dinking projects that are pushing new boundaries and putting in the hard work.

Huge Congrats to Dave and Tracy! :yessir::yessir:

Congrats to Dave and Tracy!!! Has anyone heard if Ralph bred his patternless?? I wonder if they'll be compatible, or if it'll be like the Axanthic lines?? Very cool stuff here!!!

I believe Ralph's is a female and he said she just wasnt as big as he wanted her to be this season so he did not breed her.
