Just was wondering what you feel is your market? personal website sales, kingsnake, fauna, ........What is your best selling animals? Over $1000.00 under $1000.00 under $500.00 best quality of animal ?

Who are your customers male,female,under 20,over 20, over 30,over 40 ?
How many repeat costomers do you have ?
10%,20% etc?

What sets you apart from the next guy with the same animal same price?

Those are some questions. My market is all local. I do the local show 4 times a year. Best selling animal is any female morph Ball. I can not produce enough.

Most of my customers a under 30 males but I have sold to all ages and sexes.
Probably 30% of my customers are repeat buyers.

Good customer service and answering many question before and after the sell help bring customers back.

Them are some good questions...My sales come from KS, Fauna and the local Ky herp board - A few are local but not too many...I had alot of people on different forums PM me about animals this year...Word of mouth hasn't been a bad thing...My best selling? Lessers and Pinstripes as far as BP's...Slowest selling BP - Spider...Woma Pythons sold great...JCP's sold pretty good...Slow on the Borneos...Who are my customers? I'd say males 75% and females 25%...Both 25 years old and older...Probably 20% are repeat customers but that's growing...I've never really been a saleman - I just try to produce top quality animals - Animals that sell themselves...You have to offer animals and customer service that exceed your customers exceptations...:yessir:
