All of these pics are of the third super of the clutch..She is almost as wild looking as the male...While the other female super is not as extreme.Which makes me wonder if this is a variable gene in homozygous form (Similar to the vairable nature of the white in Piebalds?),or is it due to the possiblity of them being het for albino..?...(There were obvious and not so obvious paintballs in the first clutch from "mom" x het albino.I am of the opinion that the albino gene (het form of it) tweaks the paint into looking better.)


Not yet Larry...Alot of tire kickers though :D...It's still so early with this project that it won't hurt my feelings to hold them all back. :)

Alan,so far I have possible het albinos,Painted Yellowbellys(double hets),and will be trying for Painted Calicos this year.As well as some other pairings involving a Painted YB male to some Pastel and Fire females. :rockon:
