I am in the same boat as you. I have a het VPI axanthic female that's getting big (over 700g and a great feeder), and I would LOVE to get one of those double het VPI axanthic/Lavender albino males. The problem? I'd check out those breeders before making a purchase, one of the guys is notorious for a market crashing incident.

I'd go with the axanthic personally just because that ups your odds on babies tremendously. However, a pastel or black pastel het axanthic is pretty cool too!

Hey, I got a male jolliff het we might try mixin' it up with :D. Seriously, I'd go with an axanthic. This way you'll have that many more to make combos with down the road.

So am I! I was actually considering selling my het axanthic female, and instead getting a ghost female and a VPI axanthic male. Go the straight for double hets route...

That was my thoughts when I picked up this het male.

I voted pastel. I love pastels even tho they seem passe anymore. They make great morph combos. There are more and more these days that are holding more and more of thier yellow into adults. Super pastel axanthic!

I know, right now Im just leaning toward an Axanthic male...hopefully producing a female or 2 to hold back.

I would love to produce a pastel or black pastel axanthic but then again I dont want to hold back a lot of 66%s if I miss.

Yes they are the ones from Clark, honestly I dont care who his partner is....they produce killer animals.
