I have two butt ugly female pastels that I got a few years ago from people that couldn't get them to feed (I have a gift for feeding) - they are now breedable - I just can decide what to put them with -- I don't particularly want to "clean up" their ugly -- but would instead prefer to fit them into a long term project that their ugliness might not be an issue.

What would you breed them to?

YB
Pied
Hypo
Axanthic

Hoping to be breedable this season:

Clown
YB Pastel

I'd probably go with the YB pastel..... being pastels vary so much in looks.

I agree, pastel clowns are amazing

ugly won't matter with het pieds. or, if their "dark ugly" it might even be a bonus for het axanthics.
or, put 'em with one of your co-doms that you've got hidin' over there.

het clown fems are pretty useful...

In order, Pied and then Axanthic since they are ready. The Clown would be first choice if it were a definite. YB Pastels are awesome in there own rite so don’t waste them on that and so are Hypo Pastels.

I think I've decided to put the bright girl with the dirty brown out in with the Pied and the mustard yellow girl with the dirty brown out in with the Axanthic.... maybe :D

I don't think the clown (pig as he may be) will make it this season and if he does he'll be put in with my het clown females and I don't want to overload him.
