Last weekend we decided to hit up a National Park since we haven't done so in a while... Well, actually we did go to Aldermans Ford again but we wanted to go somewhere differen't and I have always wanted to go to Myakka River State Park... Man it was a Blast! :D

I definitely recommend the park to anyone living in FL or just visiting that wants to go and see tons of wildlife, have lots of fun or even take advantage of canoeing the Myakka! Just outside of Sarasota the park is located just off and east of I75 on S.R.72.

We saw a couple gators... One was about 12-15ft in length but it was far away and the camera couldn't pick it up... We saw a baby ringed neck snake... and tons of crazy wild birds... Anyways.. here are the pic's! Enjoy!

Well not sure if you fish but there was a guy pullin 5-6lb largemouth bass like it was nothing...

I was pretty jealous... Next time we go we're renting a canoe or a john boat and doing some fishing... We'll be sure to post some pics of that adventure!

We went to Aldermans Ford Park about a week ago... I'll post up some pics of that park in a bit... Awesome park!!
