Thought we would post up some pics of the Facility. Just got done with it in Jan and Moved everyone in Feb. It's located on our property so it's nice to have it close so we can be down there 24/7.

And last is the Walk in Incubator Should hold over 126 Clutches but if we only wanted one stack high in each row it would be 42 which is what we expect this season. Next season might be a tad bit more.

Here is a before picture, this building was just a wood frame steel sheeting building before and we decided to build it into our facility, which had to be limited due to there being no expansion past the wooden frame.

Thanks guys, we definatly love having room to expand since we have about 40 Girls that'll be ready next season and we are expecting plenty of Babies over the next two seasons.

We actually used to live in a snobby neighborhood, bad idea and we think that a smaller house with land is way better than a large house with no land, less rules and they are less strict in our current house. Thanks though Scott we love where we are and hope to stay here.

The ultra sound has benefited us alot actually, we can determine when to throw a male in strong and when they are close to ovulation we can switch a strong breeding male to get a different outcome. Although our year was late it has helped. Definatly will be even more useful next season.

The flooring is actually just the concrete with a layer of paint and sealant. Turned out different than we would have liked oh well its life. We hope to get tiling in in the near future, who knows its on a big to do list lol.:rolleyes:

Oh the alarm system was the first thing we thought of lol. We've just about thought of everything that could keep this place safe, if someone gets in you could hear that alarm horn from three miles away. But we still worry, can never be to safe.

Thanks, you'd be suprised that we didn't plan to do this until about 2 months before it happened. We new that we needed to expand into something bigger but not so soon. We expect to have to finish of a back room that was usedfor storage into a hatchling room by next season.

Thanks Ben, we got lucky enough to do all the Blue prints, electrical placement and insulating (not exactly lucky but its good to know that is insulated right lol). Were having our best year yet as far as combos and such, were starting to think we wont have as many clutches as we anticipated but that's okay, the snake decides not us lol.

Great looking building looks amazing, do you have anymore building pics, you have the finished project and the start do you have some other pics, Im thinking about doing the same thing to a very similar building just trying to see how you went about doing it. :yessir:
