My vacation threw me off track a little but I'm back pounding away. Have fun with leg day, tomorrow is legs for me..:D Fun Fun.

Had a great leg session yesterday. My last few workouts haven't been the greatest because my lack of carbs. I just added some back in and beat the log book in all movements yesterday.

My hamstring strength is really coming up. I need to get my lower back strength up though. I have back issues and I have to work around them. My squat strength has been suffering because of it.

Now I'm off to go do cardio. I got five hours of cardio in last week. This week I've only done 40 minutes so far. I have to get in gear.

Yea those few carbs do make one hell of a difference. Having back really throws a wrench in the whole program but it's good to see you're working around it..
