Isn't she a bit small for a 2006 female?

Dunno, but she sure is pretty! I would keep one of those if it stayed that small!

I think this is what happens when they maintenance feed a boa.
She seemed awfully small when she arrived.

I think you're right. I once was given a 6 year old ball that was only 3 feet long. Once he started eating right he started growing right. Good luck with that one, she's a looker :D

Ain't nothing wrong with growing them slow. They live longer, produce healthier litters, and will produce them longer then a Boa that's been brought up to size for breeding.

I have an '06 Colombian that's only a tad larger, and she's the epitome of health.

Nothing wrong with that animal. And I happen to know the person you got her from has some Boa's around 20 yrs old. You won't get them to that age feeding them the way most people do. It's all about longevity and quality of life.

She very pretty even if she's growing slow.

She does look small. How often are you feeding her?

Yes she's on the small side, but she looks VERY healthy to me. If she were small and emaciated then you'd have a problem. But there ain't nothin' wrong with that boa.

Whoever sold you that girl did you a favor by not overfeeding her. Nice pick-up.
