FloridaHogs 02-28-2010, 09:37 AM I have a couple of customers that swear by it! JimNAZ 02-28-2010, 12:07 PM My fiance and I are in our 7th week of Insanity and will be starting P90X next. (BTW: Insanity is INSANE!) IMO both programs are sound with the physical aspect of working out. Shocking the body and muscle confusion . . . But, a lot still needs to happen in the kitchen. Nutrition is a big key to getting the results you see on TV. I think that is the more difficult challenge than working out on a regular basis. I'm not sure I could do it on my own. Good thing Robin is there with me or I probably would be doing a lot of cheating with the diet. The great thing with P90X is you only need some dumbells or bands and a pull-up bar to do all the workouts. Just my thoughts . . . Jim |
