We got our first ever Corn Snake eggs today. I have been waiting for this for 4 years. We bought some females 4 years ago as display snakes for the living room, and bought another pair the following year. Of coarse I got a male, because I knew I would breed them one day. Well, I finally got around to breeding them, and we got our first clutch this year. These eggs were from breeding our Hypo Lavender male to a Candt Cane female. I also bred the male to a Blood Red Het Anery B, but she hasn't laid yet. I guess we will truly have some worms in a couple months. The pic is below.

Congrats! I am also incubating my first clutch of corn eggs. It's a dinker project to find out what a Miami phase will look like as an anery. It will probably just look like a regular anery but what the hell.

Thanks guys and gals. It has definitely been a new experience, and one that keeps the fun in reptile keeping. I think you need something new every once in a while to keep it exciting.

Thanks everybody. Jon, we actually have one more species left for the year (baby Kenyan Sand Boas coming soon). I think I am starting to get addicted to this multi species stuff (now I understand BT a bit better).
